Fruits you've been taking wrongly {part1}

There is this nursery school rhyme we all know about apple, an apple a day; keeps the doctor away! 
This is not only for Apple, but fruits  generally.

Science has let us come to the facts ascribed with in take of fruits in our everyday life. No matter how well you feed, shawarma, chicken and chips, fried rice and all sort of junks without the inclusion of adequate NATURAL fruits, is no enjoyment, but suffering in enjoyment clothing! 
Many of us are not blinded towards the various fruits and vegetables like watermelon, Apple, pineapple, paw paw, carrot, orange, mango, tomatoes, banana, etc, vitamins and minerals needed in great percentage in the body. But the point that I want to stress here on my blog is how we've been taking this fruits. 
Without watermelon, it's suffering in enjoyment clothing.. . 

Many of us are guilty of this due to inadequate information on the intake of these various fruits. 
We will consider each of these fruits in parts as I'll want you to have an in depth knowledge about this fruits and vegetables and how we've been taking them WRONGLY!. So today we will be looking at.....

Despite popular belief that watermelon is made up of only water and sugar, watermelon is actually considered a nutrient dense fruit, a fruit that provides a high amount of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants for a low amount of calories.

Here's what watermelon can offer you. 
The risks for developing asthma are lower in people who consume a high amount of certain nutrients. One of these nutrients is vitamin C, found in many fruits and vegetables including watermelon.

Get a slice of watermelon, right now, yeah? Take that bite on it, and chew it all up with the seeds! Yea.. I know of you would be like "eeuw," naaah! Now, all the benefits I listed above on watermelon, what you don't know is those seeds  you're spitting out are what has those benefits in them!
