IG ban accessing of phones by officers illegally.

The Inspector General of Police, Solomon Arase isn’t pleased with men of the Nigerian Police who have been harrassing Nigerian citizens unnecessary and illegally checking their mobile phones. The IG issues a circular banning police officers from illegally accessing the mobile phones of civilians. Officer in Charge of Complaint Response Unit (CRU) of the Nigeria Police, Abayomi Shogunle shared it in a tweet.

I guess this is a huge step...
But I hope they all comply with that.
