Places You Never Knew The Names of the People From There

I was listening to a radio programme of recent where callers will call during the course of the programme and would be asked couple of questions to win prize(s). So, this very particular caller called, and was asked what is the name they call the people from Poland, and the young man confidently said POLINA, I couldn't hold back my laughter much longer before they burst out. Another guy called, and was asked what the name of people from Ireland called, well, obviously he doesn't know, but just to make sure he say something, he said Irelander, Lolzzzz......
Irelander ko, Camry ni!... But really, it's funny as many of US are guilty of this. We are not familiar with names people from deep and core places are called. We are only familiar with those ones that are regular in our ears in the likes of NIGERIAN, CHINESE, KENYAN, AMERICAN, BRITISH, MEXICAN, MALIAN, ETHIOPIAN, BRAZILIAN, EGYPTIAN, IVORIAN, JAPANESE, ITALIAN, GERMAN, SPANISH, ENGLISH, SWEDISH, amongst others.
