ICELAND: What you Don't Know About This Team

|The song on many lips has been that of the world cup no doubt, as many of US have been thrilled, amused, amazed, dazed and of course entertained so far in this tournament.

We've seen mighty falling, underdogs flogging. 

But a particular team  caught my attention, that I think we should learn from aside the entertainment we are meant to get. Its Iceland team.
Iceland is a small nation, very small, that it has a population of slightly over 350,000 people. As this is obviously fewer than any State in Nigeria.

Can you see that circled small dot in the picture above? That is that Iceland!

A week and few days back, forced a draw against Argentina, with Messi hitting 11 shots (including a penalty) but not getting a goal, as though they could not hold the heat that emitted from the palms of the Super Eagles of Nigeria in the in going FIFA WORLD CUP in Russia.

The most fascinating thing about this team is, five of the players in the squad are Medical doctors, and as you may know, everyone in the team has another professional job they do, aside football.

The goalkeeper is a renown country's Movie Director and others in different professions.

Their Head Coach when he is off the field he is a practicing Dentist.

I will leave you with a question to ponder on,

"What's ur plan B?"....
